My Open letter to T-Mobile.

I got the Optimus L9 as a replacement for the two other refurbished phones(LG G2x). I should've seen t-mobiles game earlier, but with me being ignorant of smartphones I had no clue. G2x had problems from day one, random restarts, restarts trying to download apps(CONSTANTLY) and the fact that the phone was basically dead, since they stopped selling it after I bought it. They never updated it, the phone was like 2 gens behind. So i had a archaic phone basically. They send me a refurbished one a year or so after I finally called after it stopped receiving data(no texts or anything), I get the new phone, it's fine at first better than the last, but inevitably it's predecessors virus spread. Get another phone, same thing happened BUT this time the screen stopped responding entirely. Couldn't unlock it, couldn't answer calls or texts, then, they send me the(still REFURBISHED) Optimus because they "didn't have anymore of the G2x models in stock".

 

I look up phone specs, the phone was basically worthless and pretty much 10 times WORSE than the others and I hadn't even gotten the device yet. 4 Gigs of space more than HALF of that taken up by bloatware and goole (I'm on my last 100 MB), but other than that it was fine at first, the first problems was the space problem, can't download a game because there's no space on internal storage, and for whatever reason I can't install anything to the SD card no app can update without me having to delete app after app. I can barley put music on my phone without the phone telling me about storage space running out. Now the brand new problem, there's NO sound at all. I was late for school this morning because MY PHONE ONLY MAKES SOUNDS WHEN SOMEONE CALLS OR FOR MUSIC. I missed tests -_-. I really don't want to call or talk to a T-MO rep or that 611 number either because I already know how the games gonna fly out of their mouths, FACTORY RESET, TURN PHONE OFF AND BACK ON AGAIN, TAKE BATTERY OUT AND TURN BACK ON etc.

 

Since this is the fourth phone I've gotten, based on what my mom said since it's tied to her plan/number, I can finally upgrade to a new phone. Which I better be able to because I'm tired of all this really. Customer service is terrible. They don't try to really help you at all, and with all the refurbished phones they try to resell, all I have to say is you can't polish a turd. I'm not taking anymore refurbished models, We're not dealing with phones with less than the average 16 Gigs that have half the space taken up by bloatware(which nobody likes/wants/uses so stop putting them on our phones ESPECIALLY since we can't uninstall them), We're just gonna leave because I for one am really done with T-Mobile. So unless I'm told I can get a brand new phone for FREE from all the bull I've dealt with the past roughly two and a half years I'm done with you all.
