T-Mobile PLEASE HELP ME!!! I just switched to T Mobile Service last week and It is Horrible!!! ALL OF MY CALLS from my home are CONSTANTLY DROPPING, In both WIFI & Standard Cell modes!!! I only get One bar of service. The store that I bought the phones from won't help and just want a 30% restock fee, Even while Customer Support is saying I should be able to upgrade the phones to phones that supports my NEW WIFI router that supports 802.11 (AC), The local store rep only wants his 30% restocking fee for all my phones. This is the WORST Quality of Service of any cell service that I have experienced, Even Virgin Mobile was a better Customer Satisfaction policy! I want my cell service looked at NOW at my home area (Zip Code 08009, New Jersey). And I want my phones swapped to support (802.11-AC) so that I can at least make a WIFI call that don't drop after a minute. EVERY CALL, BOTH WIFI and Standard CELL DROPPS! Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?
