Hi!
I have been on a prepaid plan for 5+ years. I got several notifications last month that my plan would be “grandfathered” and I will get another plan with 5 Gb of data, plenty of minutes, etc.
A few days ago I was automatically switched to some new plan, but it was not the plan described in the sms and mails I got from T-Mobile last month.
The one I was switched to is –
$30/month , 1500 minutes, 30 Mb of data.
While the one promised had 5 Gb of data and lots of minutes (don’t remember the exact number, but it was either unlimited or 500+) for about the same price I had before (I’ve been paying $48/month total). I don’t see this plan online.
Can you please check the details of that “grandfather replacement” plan suggested in the sms messages and then in paper mail and then switch me to that one? I called t-mobile support, but they could not find any details. Local T-mobile dealer in Foster City, California could not help either. they only know about "100 minutes, 5 Gb" $30 plan, which is not what I expected.
Alexey .
