Even since I migrated my number to T-mobile, I am unable to receive SMSes from non T-mobile numbers.
When AT&T users try sending a SMS to me, they are shown a message that its an invalid number. SMSes from other operators too dont reach me.
I have tried talking to T-mobile customer care about this, stayed on hold for 100 minutes, transferred from one department to another, but no resolution.
Can you get the right technical team to track and solve this ? My number was rebroadcasted apparently the last time I called them.
