When I try to open a web page using my mobile data (wi-fi turned off) I see a notification saying "sign into network". This redirects me to a page on web2go.com saying that I currently do not have data service. called customer service and they say my account is paid up and that data should be working. I'm pretty sure its not the phone because I can access that web2go.com page, and the t-mobile support site to where web2go.com redirects me. I've gone through all of the t-mobile troubleshooting steps over the phone (different APNs, airplane mode, etc.), including a factory reset.
This started right around the time my account should have renewed. I noticed that I didn't receive the usual text message saying my autopay had gone through, but I see that my account is paid up through the middle of next month, and I just saw the charge appear on my credit card statement. I also noticed that the data usage displayed on t-mobile's site seems to be the usage from last billing period, i.e. it has not rolled over at the start of my new billing period.
any suggestions?
