I just signed up 4 new phones last week with tmobile. 3 iPhone 5s and 1 Note 3. I switched over from sprint because I was getting sick of there slow network and figured my experience would be better with tmobile. Unfortunately that had not been the case. For some reason there are a handful of people who can't get through to me when they call for sone reason. I'm on the note 3. Every person tells me that they get an error messaging staing that the phone call they are making can not be completed or something to that affect. They don't even get my voice mail message. My wife also has not been receiving some text messages from people.i went to tmobile today and they swapped out the sim card but that didn't work. My wife thinks that her friends messages might be getting to her now but she's not 100% sure.
Has anyone had this problem? When I talked to a customer rep they called me back and the voice mail said something about this being a known issue when on lte. I need to know If this can be fixed as I use my phone to run my own business and missing phone calls is not an option as it costs me money. I also already called sprint and they claim the issue is not on there end. I have 3 days to cancel all 4 of my new lines if this is not fixed by then. I would rather give tmobile a shot as i don't really want to crawl back to sprint, but at least with them in reviewed all my calls. The last date to return the phones is Sunday Dec 30th so if I do not hsvevt be solution fixed by then I will have to switch carriers.
