I called customer service to try and get $200 in restoration fees refunded, and was told I can only get $100 as a courtesy. I asked for a manager to see if they could work with me and at the same rhetoric as the first customer care rep told me. My beef was, that since my service was suspended the previous cycle, and when I called in to restore, I was never made aware I was going to have to pay restoration fees. The manager name was Henry, and he got a little testy with me, and even said, " do you want the service restored with or without the $100 refund." What kind of manager says that? Is that a threat? To make my case even further, the customer care rep told me Tmobile sent a text message to a number in regards to my line being suspended, but it didn't go to my line, and I'm the primary!!! Basically, Henry didn't budge. Very rude and argumentive. I understand Tmobile has it's "policy",but if I wasn't made aware at the moment, why should I suffer? This isn't good customer service and I think not only will I cancel my service but tell all my friends and family NOT to go with Tmobile.
