I placed my order just like a lot of other people on 12/23 (order # 4135170313). I find it very unprofessional of T-Mobile to give all of
us the run around about the status of orders and product. I've noticed that T-Mobile staff give the link to check the status, fully knowing that that link shows the EXACT same thing it did whenever the order was placed. it's not updated and tells the customer nothing.
I also find it disheartening that T-Mobile acts like it’s some big secret as to when they will get IPad stock and when that stock will actually ship. Besides that you have the nerve to charge me $10 for the SIM card when I'm already paying you $500-800 for the IPad. The least you could do is give me the SIM card FREE (AT&T does!!) For the insensitive way that this matter has been handled all of your backordered IPad customers deserve at least a free SIM card if not expedited shipping. This is a terrible way to do business and
I've been a happy T-Mobile customer up until recently! What's the status of my order??? Will you refer me to order confirmation link?? Will you lie to me and say my order will ship in 1-2 weeks????
