Iphone 5s no service

I switched to T-Mobile in November purchasing the new Iphone 5s, and since I received and have had my phone with their service, nothing has worked right and it's been an ongoing migraine. My 4G is in and out all the time, usually not working, and it can't run applications (such as Pandora) without freezing causing me to restart the phone. I can't hold calls anywhere, constantly dropping them, and I haven't been able to make a call from inside my house since I received the phone. I also haven't been able to send text messages, especially from inside any building. My service bars have never gone beyond 1 when I have been at my house and most of the time it is just "searching" for service. Next my headphones jack went out along with the charging port, on a phone that I have barely had a month. I contacted T Mobile several times about all my problems and they finally said it was the phone and sent me a new one. They said especially with my Iphone 5 I should not be having these problems. I received the replacement phone yesterday and have been all around town today with it. Other than the fact that my headphones jack and charging port work now, my 4g and call signal is still the worst I have ever experience. I switched to T Mobile because there coverage map said I should be fine with where I live. If I knew I would have been having these problems I would have never switched from Verizon to save a few bucks. With Verizon there wasn't anywhere I couldn't go and not have full service 95%^ of the time whether it was using data or making a phone call. And if I did have a problem all I had to do was call *228 and my phone would update to full bars again. I'm not really sure what I'm paying for from T Mobile, nothing works how it should and I might as well not even have a phone at all. I work multiple jobs, one of the main ones being On-call snow plowing; now the snow removal company has quit calling me because I can never be reached, resulting in a major cutback in my hours and a loss of income.

I've read documents from other T Mobile customers with the same problem and all the T Mobile customer care people keep saying be patient it will get fixed it's just a bug. Well none of the other service providers around seem to be experiencing these problems. I have had the service going on 2 months now and being patient is not an option when your paying all this money to not even have phone service, PERIOD. Especially when it is affecting your job!
