I have had a Tracfone lg840g with a T-Mobile SIM card for about a year. Recently I have been unable to access the browser or email unless I am connected to WIFI. I always get the upsell message: Subscription Upgrade Required. Your data plan does not work on this device...I have contacted Tracfone several times and they are unable to solve my problem. I have done a hard reset, replaced the SIM card etc., but nothing has helped. Can you help me?
