With the switchover to the new website, for a while I couldn't even view usage data prior to the current billing cycle. That was fixed recently, but the link to download usage data still doesn't work, except for the current cycle.
Steps to reproduce:
* Log in to my T-Mobile, click Usage
* Click "View usage details"
* Click "Change bill", select a previous month's billing period. Usage data is displayed.
* Scroll to bottom of page, click "Download usage records"
Page displays the following:
Page Error
Sorry, there was an error in processing your request.
Please refresh the page to retry your request or try again later.
It's been several months since I was last able to use this functionality.
