Samsung Galaxy Blaze 4G Question Regarding *67

I want to block my number from appearing on other people's caller ID.  I know that you can dial *67 before the outgoing phone number in order to block my number from showing up on the other person's caller ID.  Is there a way to have the phone automatically append *67 to the outgoing phone number every time I make outgoing calls instead of me manually entering it every time?

Also, If I use the technique of dialing *67 with toll free numbers, will it show up on their caller ID even though i dialed *67 such as dialing into verizon or comcast etc.?  I know that an emergency number like 911 will have my number show up on their caller ID regardless of whether I dial *67 or not but I was just wondering for toll free numbers.

Are there any other recipients of my calls that would be able to look at my number on their caller ID eventhough I dialed *67?

thanks.
