T-Mobile is not providing an update that is stated as "compatible" with the Lumia 810 on Nokia's website. I can't for the life of me figure out how a company who's goal is to be an "uncarrier" could do such a carrier move. If our phone has an update release it. If the 810 continues to be supported and receive updates I will eventually buy a new phone. If the phone does not get updates I will buy a new phone, but it will be from another carrier that supports it's devices and in turn it's customers. Is it true that T-Mobile won't update our Lumia 810? I just can't believe that every Lumia in North America is getting the update but the 810. I would rather be locked in a contract, but receive support than be "free" and left for dead. Get it together T-Mobile, if an update is available, release it. One thing that made me choose T-Mobile was the statement that phones would receive updates when available. That is looking to be a lie by T-Mobile.
Please give the 810 an update. I really want to stay with T-Mobile, but I'm not sure I can if you abandon your customers because you no longer sell the phone. You sold the phone to us, now you need to support it.
