With the holidays coming up soon, I was disappointed to find them "blacked out" after the JB upgrade. Never fear, a refresh from the settings page turned them from a black lump of coal to a light blue highlight. Alas, my MacBook Pro didn't catch my calendar updates from my S3. Why? My Gmail calendar was not the default. Something called "My Calendar" was instead. Who would have known! So much trouble if you like to see a monthly calendar and update your computer. I wish it "just had worked". On the other hand, there are those other options.
