I DECIDED TO START A FAMILY PLAN WITH T-MOBILE AND HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS EVER SINCE I OPENED MY ACCOUNT. I FOUND OUT I HAD TO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN OF $275.00 AND I WAS OK WITH THAT BUT THEN T-MOBILE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES FOR THE DEPOSIT. OVER A $600,00 MISTAKE! I HAD LATE PAYMENTS FOR BILLS AND ALL KINDS OF A MESS THEN I GET THE FIRST BILL AND ITS ALL SCREWED UP TRY CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DIDN'T HELP THE FIRST TIME. WENT INTO A STORE AND FOUND OUT I HAD TO CALL SO I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEMS BUT NOW I HAVE THE THIRD BILL AND WOW WHAT A MESS T-MOBILE SAYS I OWE THEM $412.78 BUT THEY OWE ME ANOTHER $183.46. I HAVE SPENT HOURS AND HOURS GOING OVER ALL THE BILLS I CAN E-MAIL SOMEONE MY FINDINGS SO THAT PRAYFULLY THIS WHOLE MESS WILL GET FIXED OTHERWISE I WILL JUST CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND LET IT GO TO COLLECTIONS AND NEVER PAY IT, U GUYS CHOOSE!!!!
