While accessing the official Tmobile My Account App the plan shows 100 MB of Mobile HotSpot. When I contacted T-Mobile customer representatives I was informed Mobile Hotspot is not included in the plan.
My question is why does the official Tmobile My Account show the Mobile Hotspot Usage of 100 MB but not allowed customers to enable Mobile Hotspot. I feel this is an issue on T-Mobile's end and I should be given Mobile Hotspot Allowance of 100 MB as indicated by your app.
