im having a serious problem with T-Mobile every month my bill goes up..everytime i call they tell me something different..today i call because my bill when up again i ask for a supervisor..they transfer the call to Juan L #14157203(supervisor) i expain him that my bll when up without any change..he told me that i call on january 16 to change my data plan "I DIDN'T" I HAD IT UNLIMITED ALREADY..them he told me that the problem was that i was paying another iphone..i told him that i have the prove i have the received with date transaction # employee # everything that i need to prove that i alredy paid those iphones..he told me that he curent do nothing about it because i need to go to the store..but i went to the store already and they told me that they cant do nothing about it, that if a call costumer support they can fix it since i have all the receipt..i told juan that i spend 4 hours in the storealready trying to fix it and the only thing they do is call costumer support.i told juan if you want i can fax or email the receipt and he told me that he donst have fax or email..the question is if its a T-Mobile mistake why we have to pay for they mistakes why if i have all my receipt they can't help me..i think the only option i got is pay a lawyer because t-mobile is stealing my money and if i stop paying they report evrything to my credit..
