Where is the Android 4.3 update???

It's been over a month since Sony released the 4.3 update for the Xperia Z.  Now T-Mobile has the Z1s, which has 4.3 on it.  It is essentially the same phone, which means the software package should be the same as the Z.  When are we getting the update, T-Mobile??  It gets old having to wait for weeks and weeks to get these updates after they are released.  Let's get cracking.
