I signed up this weekend through the tmobile advantage site for PTA members. I find out my order is submitted. Decide I wanted a different color phone so I call support and ask them if they can change it. They say they have no record of the order and to call back in an hour. I call back in an hour and am told I should have received an order confirmation within 10-15 minutes. They said they can take my order. So I said fine lets do it. They go and do the credit check and tell me I'm only eligible for prepaid plans which is rediculous. Apparently I'm told that someone tried to buy phones under my name the day before. Okay I thought, I'll have my wife submit the order. so we called, she did it under her name and everything is supposed to be good. Except that 2 days later, the order is still processing instead of shipping and when my wife called, they said the 14% discount would be applied in one to two cycles when it clearly stated on the website when I ordered that it would be that amount from day one. There is no way I"m paying 22 dollars a month extra for one second, let alone 2 months. My friend already cancelled his order this weekend because of all the nonsense they tried to put him through. I spent a total of over 5 hours on the phone with tmobile saturday and they still messed everything up. Oh and to make it better, after i'm told that I can't get the phones because my credit isn't right, they apparently tried to put the original order through as well even though according to tmobile, my credit was declined and the order couldn't have gone through if I didn't get an order confirm email with order number after 15 minutes.
I'm posting here because I'm thoroughly frustrated and giving tmobile one last chance to fix this error before we return the stuff and go elsewhere. That is if it ever ships in the first place.
