I have been having a lot of issues since switching from AT&T to T-Mobile when it comes to receiving SMS messages which were sent to me via email. I rely upon this functionality and it needs to be much more reliable than it has been. At least a few times per week, I have not been receiving any messages sent in this manner. I have tried sending test messages from several different email accounts with no luck.
Recently, I received messages but they were hours late and all three showed up at once. I really need help with this. I am aware of others who are on T-Mobile that are having the same issue.
My wife has also experienced similar issues. SMS really needs to be reliable. AT&T has never ever given me issues with this after years of service. Friends and colleagues on AT&T have never had this happen. As I said, I have heard of several people on T-Mobile where this has failed them.
