I continue to have a problem when participating in conference calls. The participants voice fades and becomes incomprehensible. This is likely attributed to the noise suppression in the device. I brought the issue to TMobile after the first two week and they found ways to delay replacing the phone so it fell outside of the 14-day window. Quite clever. Customer service, although very nice, has not responded appropriately to this issue and nor has HTC. I guess they figure you will go away since you are stuck with a contract. The device voice quality also fades from HD to analog. I worked in mobile for more than decade and I attribute this whole problem to poor quality control testing. Now, T-mobile wants to pretend like this issue isn't all over the forums. My new mission is to make the world aware of the problem and how T-mobile is failing to address it.
