I have been unable to access data services for about 1 week now.
I have the the $30/month plan with 100 min talk/unlimited text, and unlimited data with 5gb at high speed.
Phone tech support has been unable to help.
I get a "You currently do not have data service" when I try to access a web page.
Yet, the phone status says I do a have data plan compatible with my phone and I have only used 1.6GB.
Can someone help me?
