Hey gang,
I've been tallying the damage done by this catastrophe and the worse thing for me (Besides the battery going from 20 hrs life to 8hrs life literally overnight) is that my call recorder app stopped working. All Call recorder apps stopped working! All of the recordings now have a LOUD electrical noise blasting your eardrums). It's almost like "SAMSUNG-TMOBILE-GOOGLE" are saying "Take That! This is your punishment for recording phone calls!"
Until this update, my Gnote3 was the best phone; the best phone EXPERIENCE; I've ever had. Now it's a brick. My SimpliSafe app broke, My Venstar Thermostat app broke, FaceBook broke, Some apps disappeared, some apps icon disappeared but the label stayed. Just a huge mess.
I will tell anybody who listens to stay away from this 3-headed monster "SAMSUNG-TMOBILE-GOOGLE" until this wrong is fixed. (Yes, I blame all 3 because they should be checking each other.) Obviously somebody at each of these 3 companies had to say "Oh Well, too bad, forget the customer! We're moving forward, it'll blow over!"
I'm distraught becauseI've NEVER seen a software update literally KILL a phone. We are supposed to look forward to updates! to see what cool new tweaks the coders have added for us; what little treats we are gonna find after that first reboot!!! THIS "update" feels more like I got a TROJAN HORSE VIRUSinstead of a software update; doesn't it??? I feel like I got hit with a RANSOMWARE virus!
Any Ideas?
