I've talked to two chat agents and one phone representative. One chat rep told me that my monthly discount we get because my wife works at Kohls is going away. They said in its place will be a $25 reward card we get whenever we would purchase another phone, which is barely anything compared to the $240 savings per year we would get from the discount. Another chat rep told me that the card would be monthly, which would be a little more than we get off per month. And then the phone rep told me that our discount won't be going away, but in the future we won't be eligible for the $25 reward card when buying a new phone.
I have absolutely no idea what to believe. I signed up on March 1st of this year.Can someone please help me understand this?
