I just signed up with T-Mobile and the person in the store told me my due date would be the 19th. I get a bill with a due date of the 12th. I called and spoke with someone at T-Mobile asking to change the due date but was told I'm allowed 10 days to make a payment without any late fees. Is this completely true? It seems like I'd get called each month for being late and possibly having my service turned off.
