I am a new t-moblie customer and I would like to know why my phone is so high like they told me my phone cost $ 388.44 and also $ 71 for my bill , $ 35 to get my phone turn on, they that it add up to $ 504.44. But on your website the same phone is going for $ 329.98 plus with monthly bill of $ 94.99 add up $ 424.98 now take away $ 200 that would leave $ 224.98 to pay. I would like to way is your montly bills is so close to each other. I call today that your company receive $ 349 from $ 200 deposit and $ 149 for the phone, but why it took so long to find out about it and now a past bill october and november is $ 301.08 plus this month bil of $ 120, this making hard me to trust your company because I believe the next I might get someone tell me something else. I just need answer of what is going with my account because I just might leave your company and with an different company that would answer my question that I might have at anytime and not going back and forward with me. One time I was told that the money went to your company account then it was take away place back into my bank account, I just need to know please.
