Have received good customer support. Thank you

Over the past couple of weeks, I've had several interactions (both callin support and in-store) with T-Mobile, all of which have been pleasent.  I was replacing my wife's broken phone with an unlocked iPhone, and I replaced mine with a Nexus 4.  In all cases, the T-Mobile representitives were helpful.  They answered questions, reviewed my accounts and suggested minor service changes to better match our usage.  The representitives where not pushy, went over the details explaining what could be changed, why, and the pros/cons of some of the different options.
