Faulty White GS3, but T-mobile states replacement device on Back Order??!!

I absolutely love my Galaxy S3 which I purchased less than 2 months ago, however just recently I have been having problems with it.  The Lock Screen wallpaper (which is the same picture as home screen) appears to have discoloration.  It by no means resembles the same picture on the home screen.  I have change both wallpapers the past few days and the lock screen wallpaper just doesn't look right. 

The second problem i'm having is the "Power/Unlock" button and main "home" button are no longer granting me access to unlock the phone.  It started several days ago and there was some considerable lag time whenever I would press either button to get to my lock screen.  Typically, once either of these is pressed, I would appear at my lock screen, then simply 'swipe' my finger across screen to unlock my phone.  This process has gradually failed and now every other time I try to unlock my phone, they do not work. I have to wait several seconds and try it again and again, and finally the lock screen will eventually appear.  I have completed a factory data reset on the device, but this did not solve either issue. I have contacted T-mobile and they are sending me a replacement White Galaxy S3.  However, they informed me this phone is on back order since December 1st.

Has anyone else had these problems and is anyone else's GS3 on back order???  I need a properly functioning phone ASAP!  My business depends on it!!

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
