I purchased an unlocked phone at full price from Tmobile.com. Then when I tried using my SIM card it didnt work. After many attempts and calls, I was told to fax the purchase receipt and I should be getting an email with the decision. It has been over a month since then I havent heard anything from the customer service.
Unfortunately, I had to travel outside the country. So, I was told to use the sim provided with the phone and it shud work. I activated the SIM and the phone seems to be blocked as it is not on Tmobile-USA network. Now, I am outside US with 2 contact no.s on which no one can contact me. This is simply disappointing and bad customer experience.
I have to travel due to work reasons, and need a US no. on which my colleagues can page me. My experience with Tmobile customer resp over phone has simply been BAD. Please advice.
