I have been a Tmobile customer for 8 years. Always was happy with the service until recently. I have been through several phones in the last few months because of them malfunctioning. I finally received a different device since I continued to have issues with the same model. the new one was a step back in phones. This latest phone does not keep a signal, and the screen rarely senses my touch. I am having even more issues with this device. I will be switching phone service if they do not help me. All I want is a phone that works. The worst part is calling customer service.....you get questions like "have you tried restarting the phone?" Come on.
