refill now and check balance duplicate entries in contacts

I'm testing out a no-contract 4G SIM card in my Galaxy II phone and I keep getting extra Check Balance and Refill Now entries in my Contacts list.  I'm not creating them so I can only assume it's T-Mobile.  I delete all of the duplicate entries and then, a day later, there are three or four more entries of each one in the Contacts list.  Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks.
