How to Request Business URL Unblock?

I work for a company that develops an app, and the app has a feature to send an invite code via SMS.

The message is being sent directly from our users' devices to other devices, but any link that includes our URL isn't sent.

 

For instance, I can send https://google.com, but not my company's URL.

 

Where should I direct my questions and what's the process of unblocking it?

 

We've been providing our service for over 4 years, and it seems like our URL recently got blocked as I didn't have this problem in the past.

 

Our app is serving over 7 million users, and there must be quite a lot of users who are with T-Mobile.

T-Mobile does not appear to be committed to pressuring Motorola to meet its commitment of timely support and upgrades for Moto’s flag ship Z2 Force.  There is no date specified on T-Mobile‘s page.  There are no responses to inquiries.

LTE is super slow and not connecting!!!

Ever since last Thursday 03/25 the LTE signal just wouldn’t connect or is super slow. Prior to that the internet was good but since then doing basic like checking emails or sending messages would take forever or would fail due to connection issue. This issue is specifically in my office space and when I walk to different areas in my building the connectivity seems  be better. I think there is a network or tower issue that is causing the slow speeds. Is there a network issue in my area? Is it being worked on? If so is there an ETA of when it will be fixed? It’s extremely irritating to not be able to do basic functions I rely on for work and if not resolved would need to change service providers

Issue with home internet 2.4GHz band

Today all my devices connected to my wifi via 2.4GHz band lost connectivity. I've tried restarting the modem, checked all the settings, and even reset the devices themselves. In the settings it shows 2.4GHz is still active. Everything on the 5GHz network is still functioning and can connect to the internet with no problem. When I try to connect to the 2.4GHz on my PC I just get a message saying it was unable to connect to the network. How can I resolve this?

I submitted pictures that are a bit blurry for promotion and will there be an issue?

Hello, I recently bought an iPhone which was on promotion when you turn in your old I phone. I filled out the form took pictures of the box and the receipt and submitted however afterwords I realized the pictures I submitted are a bit blurry and it is difficult to read the small numbers on the new iPhone 11 box. What will happen If t mobile has trouble reading the numbers they requested? I there a way for me to submit more pictures or will they contact me if they have a problem to correct the issue. I do not want to lose the promotion because it is over 500$. Someone please help me.

Netflix on Us, but not 55+

Hi.

I love T-Mobile and have been a customer for a number of years. Best company ever. Great customer service, and the T-Mobile Tuesdays are awesome. I was just curious as to why the 55+ customers are exempt from the Netflix On Us. I just purchased a Galaxy S10+ and LG G8 ThinQ and have 2 lines. Shouldn't everyone have the same advantage as the under 55 group? Thanks and have a great day everyone.

Hi, this is my 1st time posting this forum.

 

I recently moved to a new place in California zip code 91731 where, in T-Mobile coverage map, I'm supposed to get "Good" coverage.

 

However, average download speed on 4G LTE is less than 0.5 mbps. Often see around 0.07 mbps.

It's unusable. Can't even refresh Gmail app often times.

 

So I called the T-Mobile customer service.

 

1st time they told me that it's because I have an old phone that doesn't work with 600mhz band which covers the area I live in.

 

Ok, so my wife and I went ahead and got ourselves two google pixel 3a phones spending about $900.

However, on the new phone the result is same.

 

2nd call, the representative told me and insisted that the slow data speed is because I had used more than 50gb and deprioritized. So after my billing cycle refresh 14th of September, it'll be fast again.

Even on the month I used 100gb i never experienced data speed this slow.

 

So I checked data speed on my wife's phone, on which she had only used about 20gb of data, so it's still prioritized.

The result is same. Couldn't even reach 0.5mbps.

I even went to T-Mobile shop close by and ask one of the clerks to test the speed on their phone, same result.

 

Showing the result, this time representative said that the cell tower nearby is under modernization and will be done by 09/14.

 

Now it's 9/15 it's still same. Very slow. Not usable.

 

Everything T-Mobile reps say seems excuses and BS. I know it doesn't apply to all the reps but as far as the ones I talked to. They don't try to solve my problem but just make up a reason to justify themselves.

 

I'm paying for 4G LTE data speed. This is not acceptable.

 

Can anyone here help me with this problem?

 

My plan is T-Mobile One Plus. Phone is Google Pixel 3A

My zip code is 91731

I went through network reset. That did nothing.

I do get fast data speed at my old place and other areas.

 

Or should I seriously consider changing the carrier to Verizon?

all other #'s able to receive and send texts except 1#. I am able to receive but not send,i try to resend after failed notification and message pops up saying messages keeps stopping. day before all text messages disappeared  as if the # was deleted and all texts where deleted

Can't Access Some Websites via hotspot

I used to be able to access all websites from my laptop via hotspot, but lately I can't access some websites (amazon, ebay, etc). Has anyone reported this?

 

Phone: iPhone SE

Plan: T-mobile One

Laptop OS: Windows 7

Web browser: Firefox or Chrome

 

I can access many sites (such as yahoo), but not others. When I can't access (for example, amazon.com), I get "We can’t connect to the server at www.amazon.com" on firefox or "This site can't be reached" on chrome. I can access amazon from my phone directly. I can also access amazon through my laptop (same laptop) via wifi at home.

 

Please let me know if you need additional information.

Why no bluetooth teethering or usb teethering?

I have seen answers historically as well as being told by current T-Mobile experts that the lack of bluetooth tethering and usb tethering is a device issue when in reality it is a T-Mobile issue.  Simply that the "uncarrier" is being very big carrier like in their disabling of these features on phones and being disingenuous with their answers.

 

I would love to see an official response from T-Mobile that has no FUD and takes ownership of this issue.  It is not an issue of if one bought a T-Mobile device or if it is an unlocked device.  In reality it is the "uncarrier" that is disabling this ability.

Text messages stuck "sending"

Was wondering if anyone else is having this issue.  When sending text messages they sometimes get stuck "sending" and never go through.  This happens both on / off WiFi and I have tried both with and without wifi calling.  I've also changed the network settings off LTE to 4g/3g/2g and even just to 2g to try and resolve this.

 

This is happening on my S8, wifes S8, and our sons S8+.  Started within the last two weeks and according to TMO store rep it's a firmware issue that Samsung is aware of but I'm not seeing others with this issue complaining so it makes me wonder.

 

Any feedback would be helpful thanks!


Unhappy new customer "Assisted Support" charge

Two days ago, I went to Tmobile to sign up for new service.  I will be using my own phones, so I received 4 sim cards.  I had one phone with me that they inserted the sim card and activated.  I was charged $123 for what I thought were sim cards and activation fees.  Today, I looked at my receipt and was charged $80 for "Assisted Support."  At no time was this charge disclosed to me.  I went online to research the charge and learned that I could have signed up online and avoided the $80 charge.  Never disclosed!  After learning of the charge, I chatted with customer service, and they said they cannot waive the fee.  I am used to getting duped by AT&T, which is why I changed, but now I feel duped by Tmobile.  I told them I want to return the sim cards and get a full refund.  They said to take them back to the store within 14 days.  I am skeptical as to whether they will give me a FULL refund.  I will decide tomorrow whether to dispute the charge with my credit card company.  Are all new customers charged this per phone just for getting sim cards?  This seems like a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

Hey T-Mobile Users,

 

New T-Mobile Clients have CHEAPER plans than us. I remember in the past when old, loyal customers had grandfathered plans that were spectacular. That couldn't be helped because they were loyal. It's like the opposite now. It seems that T-Mobile has been focused on high user growth than being fair to their existing customer base who joined when their CEO, John Legere, began his Uncarrier change. I feel like the "old" are its cash cow now.

 

I have expressed this to customer service and I have attempted to escalate this. It looks like my attempt thus far was to have T-Mobile clarify that their promo was misleading. They have added "new customers" only to their website and fine print since this summer. I think FTC regulations require they keep copies of their ads for so many years so they should have these ads on file for review.

 

Bottom Line:

New customers are able to get the Magneta Plan of get 3 lines and get the 4th for free.

It comes down to $140 per month with taxes and fees included.

No mention of any credits or this promo existing after X amount of months.

 

I currently have the Magneta Plan of 4 lines for $160 with taxes and fees included.

it is the same plan but I am paying $20/month or $240/year more than the new customers.

 

T-Mobile and John Legere,

 

If you can afford to shave $20 off your new clients then you can offer the discount to your current customers.

 

I hope someone in management and customer retention reads this because T-Mobile overall does great work in the industry but this is a major slap in the face.

google visual voicemail not working

I opened an account with T-Mobile in 2014 after I purchased an unlocked Moto G2 at Best Buy.

Up until I switched to an unlocked Moto G7, my visual voicemail was working just fine with Google's native phone app.

 

I've searched and tried several possible solutions, here and elsewhere: NO WORKY!

 

I'm considering calling tech support, but, these days, getting past the script readers is getting annoying. Especially if I have to do a factory reset, it would take longer than my stating, "Let's skip all that and let's assume that this has been going on since I got it out of the box. Let's escalate to someone that can actually give me some answers."

 

I've tried T-Mobile's version of 'visual voicemail', and frankly, I'm not impressed. I get annoying "T-Mobile Tuesday" spam, I don't get call or voicemail notifications, when I do listen to my voicemail, I can't switch it to the loudspeaker or bluetooth headset, and I really don't care to use two apps when one has sufficed for four years. So, I have the following questions:

 

  • Based on the forum posts, why hasn't this been addressed?
  • If it hasn't been addressed, why not?
  • If visual voicemail worked on my G2 and not my G7, was this intentional? Why? Why is it necessary?
  • If this was intentional, was my Simply Prepaid account altered without my knowledge or consent? Again, why?
  • If your app (sort of works) with your server, why doesn't my native phone app?
  • Google is not stupid, did you misinform them regarding visual voicemail?

Regardless of the above, let's have some clarity. Clearly, this isn't hardware based, but software based. Your voicemail service seems to be able to query Android based phones to determine OS and OS versions, as my Moto G2 visual voicemail functionality demonstrates. Google seems to feel that this is a carrier issue, so it falls into T-Mobile's lap, and little has been done on your part. So, how about some integrity?

 

Tell me what this is really about, so we all can make our own informed decision.

 

I got rid of all the T-Mobile apps on my old phone because it was causing distractions. My phone will not be an advertising platform, even if you were willing to pay for the space, which you should. (Why aren't you?) They were also of low quality, invasive, and worse, bloatware. I'm old school. Make the code small, fast and specialised to save on memory when it runs. Don't be seduced by the extra system memory and storage space. Write the code to clean up after itself. Don't expect the OS to do it for you.

 

I've said what I've wanted to say, so can we please get a response?

The above stated individual has been using this account to post questions however, she Is a fraud and this is not her account. This account belongs to me  and my mame is Danielle Coleman.  This vigalante Julieann Peeples who works for Google ( G suite education enterprise) has stolen my identity and she has taken over my tmobile account and many other personal accounts of mine. This woman is good at what she does. Her hacking skills are through the roof as she is able to remove all the fraudulent activity she produces from a tmobile representives view. Upon trying to report her for the last 5 months not one tmobile representative is ever able to view what she does to my account. She knows if and when I contact tmboile and that's when she exports her illegal activitirs from my account.this woman puts my phone number on her business account through DIGITS. Also, Please tell me how this woman has a brand new device on my dime associated with my account? This woman disables my wifi and she actsully listens to my phone calls. She owns a tech business in Las Vegas NV, she sells communication systems to small business and so forth. She is a web developer and being shes an educator  a teacher who has hacked into mine and my childrens devices she has pretty much unlimited  goverment access to websites. Julieann Peeples is a Nevada board memeber and she serves on a goverment committe. Ive been to the authorities and they havent done anything to stop her shenanigans. She was 100 percent able to duplicate my SIM card ( Tmobile said it was impossible along with the fact that she couldnt listen in to my phone calls) every application on my phone is viewable. she has hacked into and created her own android platform for my device. She codes it and its functions are under her complete control. I have proof therefore her name 

Needs to be mentioned. Do not respond to her many inquiries. Her questions are all related to getting deeper into this hack and taking over more of my phones functions.
