Unable to online purchase Activated Nano Sim card with prepaid pay as you go $3 per month plan

I've been trying to open up an additional TMobile line to move a Verizon land line number over to TMobile under the $3 per month (prepaid) pay as you go plan.

When I try this on the website I get the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application.


Runtime Error

Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

 

This occurs on multiple browsers. I can try and go in person to the Tmobile store but its annoying. I'm currently a customer paying about $200 a month for multiple phones for my family. My "contract" is running out and I'll be looking at other carriers now.

I made a payment plan on August 1, 2018.  I made a deposit late last night.  I received a text unable to make the payment. I don't want to get charged for each line but the money is in the account debit mastercard ending in 8937. Thank you.

seems that phone activity has been blocked or removed for one of my lines, only shows activity for July 29th and August 1st. Shows nothing for the 30th and 31st of July.

Parental controls are blocking outside of the designated schedule

I set up parental controls recently on my daughters phone. However, she is getting the blocked message during the times she should not be blocked. Has anybody else encountered this issue?

Signed up for the $50 10GB plan and I made an online My T-Mobile account then I downloaded the app and signed in with the same credentials but after logginig in nothing seems to display correctly and I am wondering if this is because I have a Prepaid account vs Postpaid, can anyone confirm this? unnamed.jpg

So my Note 4 seems to be hard locking when I try to charge it. It seems ok if I don't charge it for like 10 minutes but the moment I try charging it, issues arise. The phone battery is less than a month old. The phone itself is fairly old. I've wiped the cache partition. Factory Reset would be something I'd do later on when I make sure everything is backed up. I have the device protection plan and have had it for well over a year now. Is this covered and what would be the fee to replace it?

Within 5 minutes of transferring my wife's T Mobile account to my name found out the activation center entered my birth date incorrected so I couldn't verify myself as the new account primary owner.  Within 10 minutes of activation noticed the misspelling of my first name on two out of the three lines on the transferred account.  Now military verification won't work since the first name is misspelled.  Didn't need a photo ID to transfer the account over the phone.  Can't get the name spelling typo corrected without a picture ID and a trip to the T Mobile store, about 1 hour away.  What kind of process is that?

S7 Battery Drain With Oreo Update

Hello.  Recently updated my S7 to Oreo and am experiencing severe battery drain.  A full charge only lasts about 5 hours, which is a significant decrease since the upgrade.  I've seen a few threads online where suggesting this is a bug with Oreo, but have not found a solution.  Thoughts or suggestions to fix this?  Thank you!

I signed on the $10 for 2GB T-mobile simple choice plan before started vacation in Canada. During about 20 days period I used about 1.6GB data flow. Now I received a bill with amount more $16000. I called the T-Mobile support and was told that it was roaming charging, and it is legit charge.

I told multiple custom reps that I signed on their SIMPLE CHOICE plan, it covers north American include Mexican and Canada, but custom rep insist it is legit charge and there nothing they can do.

I asked to speak with manager during the last call, the customer rep put me on hold for a while and came back saying that they will escalate this case to Custom Complaining department, or something like. But it will took 9 days before they will call me back.

Did anyone experienced this kind of charge?

 

Delay receiving group text messages on iPhone 7+

I have been having trouble delay receiving (sometimes up to 12 hours and all the messages come in at once after the 12 hours) group text for a couple months.  This has been on going and I called Apple and T-Mobile for the last couple of months.  I changed out a new sim card.  My group text only includes 2 other people, one is an android phone on T-Mobile service and the other is an iPhone 7+ with Verizon service.  I restored my phone and still having the same issue.  I called T-Mobile and they keep creating trouble tickets and escalated to their engineers.  T-Mobile also did a purge on my account and still an issue.  Still they said they don't see anything wrong.  I contacted Apple and said it is on T-Mobile's end.  I have been a T-Mobile member for at least 12 years, I would hate to go to another provider.  But, what is the use of paying for a service that does not work.

Just wanted to say I am disappointed that T-Mobile is wanting to charge $10/month for connecting the new LTE Apple Watch.  The watch only uses

the LTE connection if it is away from the iPhone.  Uses the same number, and a VERY small amount of bandwidth.  Almost never will the two devices be used at the same time.   T-mobile should drop this charge and allow us to just use the connection we already pay for with the phone.  If they do that, I'll order a new watch today from T-mobile!

Can't activate Visual Voicemail

Hi, I recently bought a new phone (Huawei Mate 10).  I downloaded the VVM app but it will not activate.  It tries for a few minutes, then says "We are experiencing some issues with activation.  We will retry in a few minutes." 

 

Any ideas?

WHEN WILL TMOBILE UPDATE THEIR SETTINGS SO I CAN BE ON THE PHONE FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS???

AT&T , Verizon etc .. actually know what "unlimited calls nd text are" this 4 hour limit is very "Limited". I just would like to know when a change is going to be made. It's annoying to be talking on the phone and have it hang up after 4 hourrs, and having to constantly call back. i understand when this was first implemented it was to prevent "ghost calls" but it's annoying and shouldnt be that hard to fix. Or that big of a problem smh.

 

And i already know responses such as "not that many people talk on the phone for more than 4 hours " or "just hang up and call again" but ... it is very inconvenient .

 

i Just feel like if its unlimited It should be, and i pay my bill every month like everyone else, so even if everyone doesnt talk on the phone for more than 4 hours. For us customers that do, i think there should be an option, cus i mean they literally update everything else. So Why not this??

T-Mobile App for Android 7.2.2.1 having problems with Pixel 2 and or Android 9 Pie

My Pixel 2 updated to Android Pie yesterday, and I re-installed the T-Mobile app.  This is all I get, though:

The app is working on my U11, which is still on Oreo 8.0.0.  Anyone else seeing this?

Missing SIM order - no email, no order code, but it's paid

About 24 hours ago, I purchased a new SIM card with a prepaid-plan.

Since then, I didn't receive any email, and I didn't get the order code - so I can't check order status.

I connected with support via Twitter, and they couldn't find my order.

I am checking my bank account details, and it shows it is paid.

 

I see similar problems on the forum, but I can't see any solution. Please help

Any one else getting "Configuration Notification" messages?

I keep receiving sms messages from short code number with the following text:
Configuration Notification. Your MMS Service Settings have arrived. Open the configuration message and save the settings.
the messages never contain settings  or an attachment which I would not have trusted anyways

I have received them from the following short codes: 909, 5129, 5126, 5128, 5127. I'm using a one plus 3t and I have verified I am using the correct messaging settings as per https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2090
