So i call T mobile today to ad a new line for my nephew and the rep told me "i will save you money by the time we finish this call ". I added the line, updated my plan and told the rep to make sure my plan included the $9.99 for Premium Services because i want to make sure it covers any roaming etc. The representative says thats not roaming charges thats for a 3rd party app called Telenav. I I could not believe i ben paying for this since 2011. This whole time i though it was roaming because thats what it says when you click the use charges ? icon.
T mobile only refunded 19.98 in total and told me there was nothing else they can do. Unreal.

Use charges include overage, roaming, messaging, and pay per use data charges. On the Pay-Per-Use plan, data is $1.99/MB. If you switch data plans mid-cycle, for billing, data will be rounded up to the nearest MB at time of the change, and charges may not be displayed separately for each plan. 1024 KB = 1 MB, and 1024 MB = 1GB.
