T-Mobile Support has four sections for navigation:
Search
Support Community Search
Support Community search works by looking for the keywords you enter and matching them with existing content.
When you start typing a keyword, a list of search results will display. Three content types will display in the results: Places, Content, and People. You can click on a link or press Enter to see all of the search results.
Places Search
All places in the Support Community have an additional search box. This search box will only search content in the Place you're in. For instance, if you search from the Samsung Galaxy S III place, only content in this Place will display in the search results.
Search tips
Start simple
Start your by using a simple two or three word search.Use descriptive keywords
Search with keywords about a product, service, or action you want to accomplish. For example, if you want steps for checking past payments, enter "payment history."Searching with descriptive words will yield the best search results. Searching for "block calls samsung galaxy s iii" will most likely produce better search results than "call options samsung galaxy s iii."
Be social
When content is rated or liked, it helps Community search know what is relevant to you and others.
