On Sunday, my phone was in my purse and it started to play back my audio recordings on its own.  I took it out and stopped the play back and locked the screen.  When I went to unlock the screen, I found that my phone was off and would not turn back on.  The phone had a full battery.  I hooked it up to my plug to the wall. Still no power.  I hooked it up to the computer.  Still no power.  I hooked it up to my friend's power cord that fit and had the same power amp/volt and my phone powered up just fine, still showing the full battery.

Yesterday, Monday, night I was in my car and the phone was in an open cubbyhole.

My phone was sitting on its own with the screen locked.  No one touched it and it started playing back my phone audio recordings.  I picked it up and stopped the playback of the audio recordings.  I locked the screen.  The phone had more than half of a battery power left.  I picked it up to unlock the screen, and nothing.  No power, nothing. I plugged it in with the power supply to the wall and nothing.  I used my friend's power supply and nothing happened again.   The phone has no power even when it is plugged in.  It is a paper weight now. I purchased the phone only a few months ago, brand new. What is the next step to do?  Please let me know asap, because this is my only phone that I use as a home phone and cell phone.
