For the first time in 10 years of owning cell phones I had to call customer service.
Apparently, whoever setup my account in the tmobile store used my middle name as my last name on my account. The "customer service" representative on the phone not only didn't listen to a thing I said but continually tried to tell me to talk to the main person on the account.
I AM THE MAIN PERSON ON THE ACCOUNT!
I was not mad or anything on the phone, despite my caps here. I wasn't mad until I was hung up on.... I was trying to figure out what a solution would be. I was then told "I can't help you until you speak to the primary holder of the account, bye."
And then I was hung up on.
You need to straighten this out. I was talking a friend into leaving verizon because I've loved your service. But if this is the BS I have to go through because I have a simple question then I'm seriously having second thoughts. I've never had a more unpleasant conversation. AND I WAS TRYING TO BUY A PHONE. I wanted to give you people more of my money!!! Now I don't know.....You all need to give a stern talking to whoever I was talking to. She wouldn't give me her name. I wish she had so you would know.
It's unfortunate that you have people represent your company like this. I get yelled at and treated like I'm a criminal and then hung up on because one of your idiots put something in the computer wrong in a store. I was going to buy a phone in-store today but the guy trying to sell me stuff knew absolutely nothing about what he was talking about. Do you not train them on phones? Why can't you hire people that actually know something??? I figured the phone people at corporate might know better. But no. Instead of being ignorant, they are just completely rude.
It's a good thing you guys don't have contracts anymore.
