HTC One Dual Sim. Would it work with T-Mobile? What about 4G LTE?

For reasons beyond this forum's scope, I need a dual-sim phone. One line would be my current T-Mobile line, and the other would be provided by another carrier. As a result, i can only use an unlocked dual-sim phone. The HTC One Dual Sim (http://www.htc.com/in/smartphones/htc-one-dual-sim/#specs) has that feature, plus a great features list, including being capable of 1080p video and MHL output.

The HTC One Dual Sim specifications list the following network signal compatibilities:

SIM1: Up to HSPA (900/2100 MHz) and up to EVDO REV. B(800 MHz)

SIM2: Up to EDGE (900/1800/1900 MHz)

QUESTION:

Would it work with T-Mobile?

What about 4G LTE?
