My wife and I recently switched to T-Mobile from AT&T on Jan. 29th and we got 2 brand new Iphones, 5S for her, 5C for me. The phones are not unlocked, they are T-Mobile Iphones bought at my local T-Mobile store. Right away, we both had spotty coverage anywhere we went, and data speeds were EXTREMELY slow. Keep in mind, the T-Mobile coverage map has my location marked as having "Excellent" LTE coverage. Whenever we did manage to get 3 or 4 bars of LTE coverage, a speed test only showed downloads of about 1 Mbps and uploads of around 0.5 Mbps. I also get dropped calls constantly and friends tell me they sometimes get my voicemail when they call my phone. I've been to my local T-Mobile store 4 times now, they told me to check my APN settings (they were all good), they changed both SIM cards on the phones to brand new ISIS cards (that did not help at all) and they also told me to do a master reset of my phone (also did not help). I've also spoken with T-Mobile customer service to make them aware of this problem, but they also have no idea what the problem is. Anyone else having a similar problem with brand new Iphone 5S or 5C? is this issue exclusive to all T-Mobile Iphones or only some unlucky few? Does this happen with Samsung Galaxy phones? I've only been with T-Mobile for a few days but I'm seriously considering going back to AT&T if this issue isn't resolved soon. Anyone, PLEASE HELP!!
