My black Samsung GS4 will not charge ever since the Android 4.3 update. Was charging before hand. No physical damage to USB port on phone. Tried another official Samsung cable and it still did not charge. The icon says it is charging but battery still winds down even on power saver mode with all apps closed. When I turn the phone off and plug it in, the usual charging icon fails to pop up and the phone vibrates every seconds. Please Help!
