I think I'm getting double billed?

Well I started with the 30$ prepaid plan, and I enjoyed it but wanted more minutes, so I switched to the 35$ unlimited talk/text plan. That seemed to work out normally, no problems. But now I've decided to bump it up a notch to get some data while I'm out, and just changed to the 50$ plan with data.

 

My bill is due in a few days, so I figured now would be a good time to switch a couple of days before it's due. *However* it's saying my next billing amount is going to be $100. I don't understand that. Did my plan switch already just now and I am being billed a month's worth of data plan for two days of activation? Very confused.
