I am in T-mobile plan for last 3 years, i have been recently moved in 2 floor Apt, where i could not get signal even 500 feet outside,I coudl see sky just infront of me.I keep caling, to do something for me, as i am in contract-- i know i could not leave.After 10 days they replied me and said.Tmobile has no plan for enhancement in that area( where millions of people live there).Then i request a Signal booster(they said Tmobile now no booster-all ran out from Tech depart).They ask me either i could keep that way or send an letter to customer relation for considering early termination fee, as i could not get any service(also i am working from home, my work was invlove and almost loosing my 2 months of income to zero),initially i thought-T-mobile customer will justify and replied nice way.But they did not replied in 4 weeks, when i get out of my contract, that time- they replied me with denying early termination waiver fee, and posted $500 fee in my account( also noted to me that T-mobile does nt take any responsibity for network coverage), i was getting cent percent signal with other 2 big provider to keep my job.Only way i could get out of huge fee, if i could reactive account.Then i get another Sim card and reactived(reactivation depart asking me why i am reactivating then if i am not getting any service),Tmobile sent one person in my area(who reported Dead area).I resend another letter to customer relation depart for my monetory lost and all hassle to do this thing last 2 months.Today,when i called customer service-initially they verify everything on my account and deny to answer any question or advise, even signal problem,then when i said i need some one who could nswer my problem otherwise i have report to BBB, Cal. consumer depart.Then he talked with supervisor and said you could go this nmber port with you with other provider, we are personally waived your early termination fee.
But i am not going to leave Tmobile until i have received letter(Customer relation, NM, USA) to appology and return my all job less monetary loss happened with me last 2 months.As Customer relation depart is soo high ranked in T-mobile, other supervisor or loyellity depart. could not say any thing(over last couple days they are repling that way),even they can not talk with them for any issue(as no contact phone number).
So, that i my understanding, i got gift($500 fee charge) for out of contract,as i have plan wit T-mobile(evene they donot care about service) only needed onthly bill from customer.Thats is totally sacks...
Please donot go for any contract with those company, who does not care about their customer, only could sacks, hard earning money and bill posted on account.
I just want to notify and share my experience with oher with Tmobile.
Not intentinonal, no interest,
Also, T-mobile, please do some good service for Loyal customer like me.
