Has anyone had issue with the wake feature of one plus I have and only had it a few days tried to switch it to another device but guess you can’t unless you pay a 50 restock fee or you get the same device with issue then no restock fee I’m pretty upset so as a customer will be working on leaving T-Mobile and going to something else I’m old fashioned a company should back up a customer and the products they represent especially when they only had the device for like 4 or five days to me ridiculou.

iPhone xs SMS message fail to send. "Number not Available"

I activated my new iPhone 11 yesterday and ported the number fro ATT (over 24 hours ago).  I am unable to send SMS text messages.  When I send one, I receive the message "number not available. which number would you like to send the message with". The options I get say "Primary" or "Cancel".  If I select "primary" and send the text, the text fails to send (though there is one recipient who did receive it but 3 others who do not).  I am able to make calls and send iMessages with the phone.  Please help!

Information storage

The amount of time that information is stored in I-Billing depends on its type.

 

  • Statement details: 12 months (only one month of data can be exported out of I-Billing at a time)
  • Usage data: 3 months
  • Subscriber Summary Report: 12 months

 

 

When to expect a bill to appear

It can take up to 10 days from the bill date for data to appear in I-Billing.

 

 

Need to remove I-Billing from your account?

Contact Business Care by calling 1-800-375-1126 or dialing 611 from your device to have the service removed. Once removed, you'll no longer be able to view information in I-Billing.

We have been using the tmomail.net e-mail to SMS gateway to send notifications for voicemails received by our corporate PBX.   Sometime within the past few days, these messages started to get blocked.  We are getting a 550 failure code with a "rejecting banned content" description.  There have been some other threads that mention that we can get our domain whitelisted.  srickar has helped others in the past with this, so I have requested to follow him so that I can direct message him our details.  The other threads have been closed, which is why I have started a new thread.  The most recent thread was answered with a solution to use an SMS short code to send out such notifications.  This is probably not an acceptable solution to most customers on this forum, as it costs $1000/mo to maintain a short code.

how can I stop ONLY the voice mails from a number?

How do i stop a number from leaving voicemails but still be able to receive calls from them and still be able to receive voice mails from other numbers?

Switched from Verizon to TMobile ... still having text message issues on iPhone 7

Just ported my number from Verizon to TMobile a few days ago ... I have an iPhone 7 ... since then, I've had a few glitches with text messaging, some have resolved but others have not. Anytime I send a text to an Android phone, I get the 'message not delivered' alert, even though the message was actually received on the other end. Also, when I receive attachments (photos, specifically) from an Android phone, it delivers to my phone in a group text thread that includes just me and the sender. Anyone else have these issues and, if so, know of any fixes?? Thanks!

Something's not right... error while accessing T-Mobile Rebellion pay as you go account for the past 3 weeks. What's going on?

My parents and I switched to T-Mobile 3 weeks ago and it has been an extremely frustrating experience so far. I have a post paid account but my parents both have prepaid accounts and they are not able to access their online accounts either via app or web ever since the switch. I have called support multiple times (hour long calls) and I am sorry to say your offshore support is extremely incompetent. NO ONE has been able to help us, my father has been to multiple store locations and no one seems to have a clue what's happening with their accounts. We opened 2 tickets and both of them were marked "resolved" without any updates. What kind of service are you providing to your customers? Reading online threads about this error shows that users have been reporting this issue since October 2018 and T-Mobile still hasn't fixed it. So as a customer I have zero faith that I will receive any support here but I am giving it one last try before I switch our service back to a more reliable carrier. If possible please assist. Below are the ticket numbers and error description when trying to access T-Mobile prepaid rebellion accounts.

Email-to-SMS is not working

Hi we are running a application which sends notification as email-to-sms. For t-mobile receipients notifications are getting bounced while for ATT & Verizon its working fine.

here is the error log on our mail server

Our domain has SPF record and other checks inline. I suspect something is at t-mobile mail server which is blocking messages.

Any one has any context on this.

Switch on/off Family plan lines

Hi there

 

We are not T-Mobile users yet but would like to try Family plan for 5 persons. As I understand we have to pay once 50$=10$x5 and 135$=27$*5 monthly for Essentials. Is it possible to disable one or or more lines at some moment for 6 months (sure losing phone number) and enable them back? If yes how much money will win or lose doing this operation?

I don't know if I'm actually reaching T-mobile this way or just the community. There doesn't seem to actually be any way to reach T-mobile except by calling, which is hard to do when phone calls don't work.

 

I have full LTE signal on an unlocked LG G5 (RS988). When I initially turn the phone on I can make and receive phone calls for a while (maybe half an hour), and then it stops working. Incoming calls go straight to voice mail. Based on other comments it seems to be because T-mobile requires VoLTE, which I believe is not supported by my phone.

 

T-mobile, if anybody at the company is actually reading this, please fix your network, or if you believe it's a phone configuration issue, contact me through email and suggest resolutions.


Texting issues when connected to WiFi

I've been having an issue for about a week now where as soon as my phone connects to Wifi, I begin having issues sending and receiving text messages. I've been having the same issue as well as my Girlfriend, her Mom, and her Daughter all having the exact same issues when on WiFi. This includes 4 different phones, 3 different Samsung models and an iPhone. All T-Mobile devices. This issue seems to only be with text messaging. No issues with calls or any type of Data or internet related App. Just sending and receiving text messages.

 

I called support last week because I was certain this was a known issue for many people, but was told it was not. I went through all the trouble shooting steps with the team and nothing they could do seemed to fix the issue. I cleared my cache, checked my data to ensure it was all setup correctly, I'm even now using a brand new Note 9 and still having the same issues. When I called originally I was using my s7 Edge.

 

I've taken a few photos where you can see the change.

 

When you're not on WiFi you can see the 4gLTE symbol next to the service indicator and it seems to work fine.

As soon as I connect to WiFi, that 4gLTE symbol goes away. I'm pretty sure it never did this before.

Then when sending I get these errors..

On top of the issue with sending failures, sometimes after taking minutes to send, the person who is receiving the message will get up to 4 copies of the same message. I will also receive up to 4 copies of a message when getting texts. So it's an issue with incoming and outgoing.

 

This seems to be something that change with an update/service. Not the device or anything. When I got my note 9, the 1st thing it had me do was connect  to WiFi and I immediately noticed this same issue (no 4gLTE symbol) before installing a single APP or anything.

 

I'd like to point out, this is not always an issue. Most time it works pretty well, however it's a daily occurrence for the last week. Happens while I have full cell and 500MB+ WiFi service.

 

Please advise how this is to be resolved.

Really Frustrated - trade in

I took advantage of the iphone trade in program a few weeks ago and was set to receive $700 for my 7 Plus. They did not have the phone I was trading to in stock but had it shipped to me. I was told I would receive a label to send in my old phone with the new phone. I did not receive a label, called, and was told I would have to go into the store to have them print it. After spending over an hour while they tried to figure out what happened (I was told there was some sort of outage on the day I bought my phone, but the gal remembered me and the situation) they were able to get someone to send me a UPS label to send my phone into the NRC (that is ALL I received, no other communication). I can see that my package was delivered a week ago and have still received no confirmation. I am getting really frustrated as now I've officially sent them my old device but there is no record of it at all what-so-ever. No idea what to do or who to contact at this point.
