I'd like to know how I can get customer service for my DIGITS service. It continually drops calls, has poor service, and perhaps was a bad choice on my end to even consider using it.
Again, would like to get customer service or I'll just head on over to Verizon.
About a year ago i purchased a new $850 s8 within 3 months the phone gave out, they gave me the option on purchasing a new phone (after throwing them $850 dollars not including the overpriced accessories to protect it from damage) so i went with the warrently, they send me a refurbished phone (meaning its a used defective phone they supposedly fixed) this refurbished phone also stopped working. Mind you i keep up with my updates and there was no damage to the phone, the system sucks. 16 days ago i purchased a new 800 dollar phone, the system was defective but since its 14 days after the return date there is nothing they could do? To the phone i iust bought and spend $800 on. They said i could either buy a new phone a get a referbished one only after paying the warranty fee. I hate this company, they dont care about there customers. Dont give them a chance.

Why is the DIGITS app not compatible with my Chromebook?

I signed up with T-mobile the last week of February. One week later, I received a notification that to be part of the Apple BOGO offer I needed to send in my trade-in in and another email with my trade-in due date. When I accessed my T-mobile account, I did not see anything about returning my phone or a printing a shipping label. I did call T-mobile customer service a week after receiving the phones and was provided a shipping label to NRC 13704 Independence Parkway Fort Worth, Tx and no further instructions. At the bottom of that shipping label I see a description of Electronic Equipment Return Service. I packed my phone with only a copy of the email I had gotten from T-mobile confirming my trade-in amount and account phone number. When I checked the tracking number, I see that it reached that warehouse on 3/8. However, I did not see a change in my trade-in status. Then on 3/10, I did notice that now in My T-mobile it now has instructions and link to the shipping label. This shipping label is to Assurant @ 627 Willow Spring Lane, Ste A. York, PA. It also has a RMA # and barcode which were not included with my shipment. My question is my phone at the correct location? It appears that the Customer Service rep had me ship it to the returns location instead of the trade-in location.. If it is not at the correct location, will T-mobile get it there to provide me my trade in and rebate? Will I eventually get my trade-in value and rebate? As I look at other post on this form I am freaked out because it seems that T-mobile has a history of rejecting rebates over things like this. Since I have 12 days till my trade-in is do, I want to make sure that if there is anything I can do to make sure I can do to get this rebate and trade-in value.
We will be traveling to Mexico City next month, staying for a week. What temporary plan is available to give me full coverage for that time period?
Our company uses Network Fleet for GPS and there alerts can be set to send SMS messages for violations or information to specific people. For a couple years now i have gone back and forth with Network Fleet and Tmobile for why most of the messages are not received on my end. Both point fingers for who it concerns and i could not get anywhere. I have since added other employees to receive the messages, one on ATT the other Verizon. Comparing the results, the 2 T-mobile phones do not receive the messages where ATT and Verizon does. This makes me believe that Tmobile does filter or block the messages somehow. I have verified with my account with tmobile that there is no blocking set for my account. I would like to get some suggestions to get this fixed so that i don't have to move carriers. Does anyone have any further suggestions or things i could try?
I have a cellphone on my line where the leasing is up, so they billed me for the phone. I called customer care and paid the small fee to have it broken up into monthly payments. One rep told me dont pay my bill until everything has been reverse. The second rep told me dont pay nothing until it has been reverse and he also stated because it was ya'll fault that i would only have to pay one month bill. I called today to see what was going on its been over a month now and bill hasnt changed the 3 rep told me to pay February bill and pay march bill on the 19th even though my account hasnt been resolved yet. My question is what do I do? Im so confused And frustrated!!!!!!!!!

I signed up for the new Galaxy S9+ and specified that I would return my paid off S7 Edge for a price reduction on the S9. After receiving the new phone (excellent by the way) I had second thoughts and have called TMO to see if I could return my S5 instead of the S7 Edge, realizing I will receive less of a price reduction. I normally find TMO to be very reasonable and flexible with their policies toward their customers, unlike their competitors in the US. To my surprise my request to switch the S7 Edge for the S5 trade in has been denied on multiple calls to support. I don't see why this should be such a difficult request to honor and am wondering if I just need to speak with someone else at TMO. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I recently joined T Mobile from ATT, and I am not receiving group text. Text are coming in as individual texts. I have always had a Android phone as well. I have seen threads saying to turn on group messages in the multimedia messages settings, but I do not have this option. What is a possible solution?
when reading the info about the name-ID app and what’s required to use it, it only mentions android. why are your iphone customers excluded?
I spoke to countless of representatives and no one has the urgency to resolve an issue that T-Mobile caused, I have been told by T-Mobile that they will take care of it since September 2017, and still nothing done. Who can I speak to to get this issue resolved? Any one knows how together in touch with the off line team?
I switched over to prepaid on AUG 14, 2017,but I was still being billed for the previous account i had all the way til OCT. 2017,simply because whoever handle the prepaid account NEVER FULLY COMPLETED MY REQUEST,meaniing that they never closed my previous account out. Now common sense should have kicked in when someone saw 2 plans for the same phone number on ONE ACCOUNT but NO!!! I kept receiving a bill for services I was no longer getting. Now til this very day I've been getting calls from debt collectors and that forced me to switch my phone number,all because of someone not thoroughly doing they're job.
Ok, So I'm going shopping for an iPhone on Friday, But the thing is, My dad is buying the phone and my grandad is paying for the service, but that means my dad has to buy the phone without a carrier, but he doesn't want to pay for the phone all at once so is it possible for him to do like 20$ a month even though he's not buying the service?
Hello have had T-mobile data for any years. All of a sudden in the last few days every time I use INTERNET sharing Data sense says I used about 10 times more data than was used. I almost never use even close to my limit and in just a few days I maxed out my data use. Just today data sense said I had 400mb left and about 10 minutes later I got am over the data limit message. Well I had only used 42mb and had been using 200mb max daily, usually far less with only 5 days or so use. If my data sense meter was speedometer it would say I was going 100mph in parking lot while I was going 10, which actually did happen to me. Once a cop pulled into parking lot a gave me a ticket for going 90 in a 30, well I was sitting still in a parking lot and had no gone over 5mph or so. I feel like T-mobile is giving me a speeding ticket in parking lot.

Hi, everyone. I have a T-Mobile Prepaid Samsung T199 basic phone. I just powered it on and it displayed this message:
Firmware/IMEI on your Mobile phone tampered !. Please contact T-Mobile customer service center.
I tried powering it off but it wouldn't, so I removed the battery. I then replaced the battery and powered it on again and got the same message. I removed the battery again and also removed the SIM, then I replaced the battery (but not the SIM) and I powered it on again and got the same message again. I guess I have to take it to a T-Mobile store, huh? Would they be able to clear this message, though? In case it matters, the phone is out of warranty.

I have LG Aristo phone on Pre-Paid Legacy plan (which has no data). I will be traveling to Germany and France and want to know if I can use WhatsApp to text and/or call my friends who are traveling with me. If so, do I need to leave Mobile data ON or OFF (Legacy plans don't have data so this setting confuses me). Also, is there any way I can text or call my family in US and local German & French numbers on the Legacy plan with WhatsApp or another service without incurring roaming charges?
