Problems with Samsung Galaxy S9 Phones.
I am having the same problems with Samsung Galaxy s9 phones. I just bought both new Samsung Galaxy s9 with bogo promotions except for one problem. I have a problem getting rid of annoying glitch and glassy background noise. When me and my wife talked on just Samsung Galaxy S9 to S9, it gives us a kinda mute and static background when we both communicating on both S9 but other phone models to S9 is ok. For example, I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 calling S9 and talking is bright and clear but when I call S9 to S9 it gives us a staic and glassy background noise when talking toneach other. It is true that Samsung is getting sued for this defective phone. Have anyone experienced this problem with both Samsung galaxy S9 communicationing to each other? RIght now,I am waiting for tech support saying that it could be my network line but I doubt that they could come up with a solution saying that thwy are working with Engineers for this situation. My other old phones works just fine with the network I'm on so why the new S9 phones have problems. Samsung should not sell defective phones to consumers and retailers like Tmobile. Maybe, this is why they ate fetting sued. GEEZE. HELP!!! ANY SOLUTIONS.
My T-Mobile app for Prepaid accounts
Primary Account Holder
How can you tell if you are the Primary Account Holder?
Missing Account Info
Hi,
I am currently missing a couple of features from my t-Mobile account. Currently I am only able to see the main page of the account and it seems to be outdated. I am unable to see EIP balances for devices as also the individual usage for each line. Also in my personal account I am unable to see the data stash accumulated for each line. As instructed by Customer services in the past I tried to login with the phone number and then the e-mail address but the result seems to be the same.
Please see screen shots below
#GetOutoftheRed
Verizon customers listen up, because we're making it easier than ever to make the switch to T-Mobile.
If you have an eligible iPhone, Pixel, or Samsung device with Verizon (see list below), we’ll pay off what you owe to them (up to $650) for that device via a virtual prepaid MasterCard® and you can keep your device to use on the T-Mobile network.
#GetOutoftheRed is only for a limited time, so now's the time to switch!
Eligibility
This offer is for customers switching from Verizon who have never participated in our Carrier Freedom program in the past. Once you remain as an active T-Mobile customer for at least 15 days, you're eligible to receive reimbursement up to $650 (limited to five lines per account) via a virtual prepaid MasterCard. Only Verizon device payment plans will be reimbursed. Third-party device payment plans (such as Apple or Google Play Store) aren't eligible. And if you have an ETF as well, you can check out our Carrier Freedom™ program for options on reimbursement for that item.
To make the move to T-Mobile, your device must be one of these listed below:
- iPhone SE, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, and X
- Google Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, and Pixel 2 XL
- Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+
When you bring your device:
- It needs to pass the three-point inspection if you choose to add the $15/month Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Premium Device Protection Plus™ feature.
- The device payment agreement you have with Verizon must be at least 90 days old.
- You'll need to port in your phone number to T-Mobile.
- The $10/month T-Mobile ONE Plus or $25/month T-Mobile ONE Plus International feature needs to be added to your device when you activate your account (T-Mobile ONE customers only; Simple Choice customers, you don't need to add this).
- If you choose a T-Mobile ONE plan, you’ll need to add the $15/month T-Mobile ONE Plus to your device’s line when you activate your account
- If you choose T-Mobile Essentials, you’ll need to add the $10/month 4G LTE mobile Hotspot to your device’s line when you activate your account.
- If you are an existing Simple Choice customer adding a line, you don't need to add on any features.
Ready to switch? Let's do this!
We want you to have the best experience possible when moving to T-Mobile. If you're a Verizon customer ready to #GetOutoftheRed, you'll need to bring your device to one of our T-Mobile stores. To find a location near you, check out our store locator.
Once you're at one of our stores with your device, we'll walk you through every step of the process:
- Verify you have an eligible device.
- Perform a 3-point inspection if you are adding the $15/month Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Premium Device Protection Plus feature:
- The device powers on.
- The device has no water damage.
- The device isn't cracked, broken, or inoperable due to physical damage.
- Look up your device payment balance information from Verizon.
- Activate your line(s) and port in your old number.
- Add on the $10/month T-Mobile ONE Plus or $25/month T-Mobile ONE Plus International feature if you have a T-Mobile ONE plan.
- Download the T-Mobile app and set up your T-Mobile ID.
- Submit your information for reimbursement.
- If you want to do this yourself, you need to submit your request for reimbursement within 30 days of activation by going to www.switch2tmobile.com.
- After about 15 days, and upon confirmed eligibility, you'll receive a virtual prepaid MasterCard via text message (SMS). You can use it to pay your device payment plan balance with Verizon.
Limited time offer; subject to change. Qualifying device, credit, service, and Verizon port-in required. SIM Card Overseas
I have a T-Mobile Revvl phone and currently live in Nepal. When I insert my SIM card, it brings me through a process to unlock my phone but doesn't accept international phone numbers. How can I use my new phone in Nepal?
Visual Voicemail keeps adding to total number of voicemails
My visual voicemails keeps sending notification that I have 130 voicemails about every hour or so. I have ZERO voicemails. When someone does leave a VM, the notification adds 1 to the total. I cannot get this to clear off the phone. When I swipe the notification, it just quickly opens and closes. The notification visual voicemail is a different color from the actual app I have. Cannot uninstall/reinstall, only disable. Do I have 2 different versions of V.V. competing against each other?
Can only use International High speed 10 day data pass once per billing cycle?
Hi,
I bought one International high speed 10 day data pass last month. After the 10 days are over, I am trying to buy another one, but there is no longer any option under the Data section for it (but that was where it was before).
I called support and they were not sure either. Finally they said it might be that I can only use one data pass per billing cycle, and that I would have to use a daily pass multiple times instead.
I did some searching, and I don't see anywhere any confirmation that I can only use one data pass per billing cycle. Even if I bought a daily pass, would that mean I can only use it once too? That does not make sense.
Can someone please confirm if this is accurate? Maybe there is something else wrong which I can get resolved so I can use the high speed data on my trip?
Thanks.

I use T-mobile one, and apply for Auto-pay, why I didn't get $5 discount?
I noticed this morning the auto-pay transaction is done with a message say so, however what I've been told once I setup my auto-pay, I will get a $5 discount per line, why did T-mobile still charge me for $75?
